These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Bryce Grafton (dba Appletics) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the GetFitAI mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
GetFitAI offers auto‑renewing subscriptions:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel anytime via your App Store account settings.
Payment is charged to your App Store account upon purchase confirmation.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use information.
The App and its content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA: Apple Standard EULA. In case of conflict, Apple’s terms control with respect to your relationship with Apple.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
